Dear customers,
We hereby inform you that we detected a cyberattack on our IT infrastructure on February 4, 2025. However, the report from our external IT security officer confirms that no customer and/or employee data was leaked, encrypted or compromised. There was still no suspicious access to customer environments and systems. For security reasons, all systems have been taken offline and are currently being restored step by step.
Unfortunately, this incident has led to a considerable backlog of service requests, meaning that our team is currently unable to respond as quickly as usual. We therefore ask for your understanding and patience while we work intensively on restoring and optimizing our systems.
